A Six-week Journey to Heal Your Wounds of Expression

Many of us grew up in homes where we either didn't feel heard or it didn't feel safe to express ourselves fully. We never learned what it means to communicate based on what feels true to you rather than how another person may respond. This results in inauthentic relationships - to ourselves and one another. As adults, this behaviour leads us into dynamics where we keep the peace and minimise our feelings. Or maybe we over speak and interrupt because we're so desperate to be heard. 

Throughout this six-week journey we'll help you identify the fears you hold, which could be impacting how you express yourself and therefore your relationships.  Many of us hold multiple fears and as a result show up as different versions of ourselves with different people. Do you know if any of them are authentically you? 

You'll walk away from this journey with an awareness of your fears, behaviours and beliefs that may be limiting you from being in conscious and authentic relationship with those around you - from friends and family, to work and love. Are you ready to find out who you really are?

What To Expect 

  • Week 1: The Foundations of Divine Expression. We'll introduce the Chakra (energetic) system, the physiology of the throat Chakra and how wounding in this space can manifest. You'll also learn about the main fears that influence expression and go on a journey to identify your wounds.
  • Week 2: Exploring Limiting or Core Beliefs and The Fear of Rejection. We'll continue learning about some of the foundational aspects of wounds of expression as well as exploring how the fear of rejection shows up.
  • Week 3: The Fear of Conflict. Now much of the groundwork has been done, we'll deep-dive into the fear of conflict, how it manifests as the peacekeeper archetype, and how to establish better boundaries.
  • Week 4: The Fear of Not Being Heard.  In this module, we'll delve into how it feels to be invisible, unheard and how this manifests as over-talking and over-explaining. 
  • Week 5: The Fear of Judgement. This is our final fear of the course and we'll explore how it manifests as the performer archetype and crucially, how you can find your authentic voice.
  • Week 6: Integration. We'll take everything we've learnt throughout the six-weeks and start to put it into practice.
