I'm a PhD and medical doctor who studied for 20 years in higher education, achieved four degrees and spent a decade in academic clinical research.

In 2020, I embarked on a shamanic, reiki and energetic healing journey to bring together my scientific and Western-based medical knowledge with energetic and spiritual practices.
